What if your student left this summer with greater musical confidence and real musicianship?
What if that growth also shaped how they understand joy, beauty, and worship?
And what if they built lasting friendships along the way?

Welcome to Jubilate Deo Summer Music Camp (pronounced You-Bee-LAH-tay Day-o).
This one-of-a-kind camp serves students ages 5 through graduated seniors, helping them grow in musical skill through a rich and joyful week of:
  • Choral singing
  • Folk dancing
  • Music theory and literacy
  • Bible study
  • Creative arts
  • Games and community life

Students spend the week preparing for a final concert and a family folk dance, showcasing what they have learned together. Each year, the camp centers on a musical theme led by our visiting director, Dr. David Erb. Through this focused approach, students experience both depth and delight in their musical training.

Each day begins at 8:30 a.m. with morning prayer and singing, followed by a full and lively schedule of rehearsals, classes, and activities. It is, as many families say, an exhaustingly good week.

CAMP VISION & GOAL

Training students to read, write, and sing music.

In a time when music and the arts are often treated as optional, we believe they are essential to Christian formation. Families must be intentional about cultivating a love for music in both themselves and their children.

The Jubilate Deo Summer Music Camp is more than a way to fill a week of summer. It is a focused opportunity to train students to become skillful, joyful musicians who understand both the craft and the purpose of music-making.
Jubilate Deo stands apart as a rare camp in the South where music literacy is intentionally paired with a biblical vision for singing and worship.
